A new two-day music festival headlined by The Black Crowes and Caamp will land at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain in June 2027.
The inaugural Boundless Life Music, Arts & Culture Festival will run June 25-26, 2027, organizers announced Oct. 27 in a press release. The multi-stage event pairs afternoon and evening concerts with daytime outdoor activities, including guided hiking, horseback riding and mountain excursions.
The Canyons Village Management Association (CVMA) founded the festival in collaboration with Park City Mountain, local business leaders and residents. Fiona Grandi, executive director of Boundless Life, and Brian Madacsi, CVMA president and CEO, are leading the effort.
Organizers pledge to direct all net festival proceeds to Park City organizations, including the Park City Community Foundation and regional arts and cultural nonprofits. They described the structure as a nonprofit model in which festival profits are reinvested into the community.
Grandi said in the press release that the festival was built by local stakeholders and nonprofit leaders.
"Having a world-class gathering where 100% of net proceeds stay right here to support our local nonprofits ensures that our town's legacy, economy, and cultural fabric thrive," Grandi said.
The Black Crowes, the Georgia rock band known for "Hard to Handle" and "She Talks to Angels," and Columbus, Ohio, folk-rock band Caamp are the first confirmed headliners. Additional artists have yet to be announced on the festival lineup page.
Early bird tickets are on sale at the official festival website. Two-day general admission passes cost $225 per person.
Two-day GA+ passes, which include premium main-stage viewing, a fast-track gondola lane, preferred parking and a festival merchandise item, cost $400.
Two-day VIP passes cost $1,500 and add dedicated viewing and hospitality areas, private bars and restrooms, complimentary food and beverages, and additional parking benefits.
Children age 2 and younger are admitted free. Children 3 and older require a ticket.
Lodging options listed on the festival website include Hyatt Centric Park City and Pendry Park City. Transportation bookings are also available through Summit Slopes Transportation, including connections to Salt Lake City International Airport.
Organizers are positioning the festival as an opening event for Park City's 2027 summer season.
The amount of money the inaugural festival may generate for nonprofit organizations, and how proceeds will be divided among beneficiaries, has not been announced.
