The Park City Jewish Festival returns for its second year Wednesday, August 5, at 6 p.m. on the Canyons Village Lawn at Park City Mountain, with expanded cultural programming and free admission for the entire community.

The evening features live music, traditional Jewish food, interactive cultural displays, educational exhibits, and family-friendly activities. Organizers say the event is open to people of all faiths and backgrounds.

"We believe one of the best ways to build understanding is through music, food and culture," festival organizers said in a statement published Wednesday, July 23. "At a time when our country, and even our own Park City community, has experienced increasing division, polarization and, sadly, moments of antisemitism, we wanted to create something that brings people together."

The festival debuted in 2025. For its second year, organizers expanded the lineup to include a new cultural experience where guests can sample traditional Jewish cuisine and explore displays highlighting Jewish history and customs.

Attendees will also have a chance to connect directly with members of Park City's Jewish community during the evening. Organizers describe the approach as building understanding through shared experience.

Canyons Village has become an established venue for free, community-wide cultural festivals in Park City. The Latino Arts Festival has been held there annually since 2023, and the open lawn setting accommodates large gatherings without a ticket barrier.
